The Sanjeev Jindal Humanity Foundation believes that economic independence is the passport to a life of dignity. There are some poor individuals who are unable to get stable employment due to the lack of resources, skills, or opportunities. Our NGO is working hard to ensure that they are provided with jobs according to their requirements so they can create a better future for themselves and their families.
We match the unemployed with potential employers by mapping available job opportunities in various industries like domestic work, retail stores, construction jobs, and small-scale businesses. We seek to support them to get good and stable jobs that match their ability.
Certain candidates do not possess the right skills to excel in today’s job market. Our organization works with vocational schools and training centers to offer:
Basic job skills training (e.g., communication, computer skills).
Vocational skills training in tailoring, carpentry, and housekeeping.
Soft skills development to enhance confidence and employability.
Most of the unemployed have never gone through a professional job search process. We assist them in developing easy-to-use yet efficient resumes to present their skills.
Mock practice job interviews. Acquiring workplace etiquette to enable efficient long-term job placements.
We engage local businesses, entrepreneurs, and companies to provide access to opportunities for the employment of unemployed individuals. Our NGO is the bridge of connection between employers and job seekers and makes employment a simplified process.
Our job placement program is not simply about finding employment—it’s about building sustainable livelihoods. By assisting individuals to find secure employment, we empower them to:
End poverty and dependency on charity. Be independent and confident through economic empowerment. Be a Part of the Change You can be part of making it happen by organizing job opportunities for the poor within your company or network. Creating awareness about our employment placement programs. Offering sponsorship of employment and skill development centers. Let us all work together to help others start a career, find hope, and change their lives. A job is not just about collecting a paycheck – it’s stepping towards a brighter future!
